Issues with passport scan and login After latest update

The tablet we have Always used for passport scanning now display the desktop versione of the interfacce and we no longer have the option to take photos or capture the signature. This Is affecting out ability to complete check-ins as usuale.
We also encountering login problems: we can not login through the standard method, but if we click on "forgot your password" we are able to access the system without issues
